About Us
Capital & Counties Properties PLC is the company behind Covent Garden London, and is a member of the Capital & Counties Properties Group, following a de-merger from Liberty International in 2010. Capital & Counties Properties PLC purchased the Covent Garden estate in 2006. Following several property acquisitions, the estate now comprises almost 750,000 sq.ft. of retail, office and residential space. Covent Garden is one of London’s most exciting public spaces playing host to a range of arts and culture events. From the architectural splendour of its neo-classical covered Market to such world-class arts venues as the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden is a much-loved place. Situated in the heart of London’s West End and attracting almost 45 million visitors a year, it is an area steeped in history dating back to the 16th century.
The Covent Garden London team is based on Floral Street in Covent Garden. As well as a dedicated property team, there is also a high profile branding and marketing team focusing on the district’s unique offering across four areas: Heritage & Architecture, Entertainment & Culture, Fashion & Retail and Food & Beverage.
