Terms & Conditions: Win a fabulous family ski holiday to Les Gets
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees, agents, relatives and tenants of Capital & Counties, Covent Garden London, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition. No purchase is necessary.
Entry is taken as an acceptance of the competition rules. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with prize(s) of equal or greater value.
Entries can be submitted online via the competition page or by completing a leaflet (leaflets are available in the main Covent Garden Market Building); completed leaflets can be dropped in the drop-box on the Ground Floor of the Information Office in the Central Avenue of the Market Building, or sent by post to: Capital & Counties, 4th Floor, Russell Chambers, The Piazza, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8AA. Entry forms are subject to availability.
Only one entry per person. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received, lost, mislaid or damaged. Entries will only be accepted between 2.00pm Monday 9th November 2009 -– 10.00am Sunday 3rd January 2010. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner/s or their guest/s in entering the draw or accepting the prize. The holiday should be redeemed between January 2010 to December 2010 flying to Genova Airport. The prize includes 7 nights accommodation at a luxury chalet but does not include taxes or transfers. The flight and accommodation are subject to availability with the promoter MDS and all prize partners included in the competition and take no responsibility for any inconvenience or disappointment caused due to the unavailability of flight seats, accommodation or any other components to the prize. The prize also includes 4 ski passes and ice skating. Any additional meals, activities and personal expenses are the responsibility of all prize winners.
Travel insurance is not included in the prize, and all prize winners are
responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. All prize winners must
ensure they hold valid travel insurance to cover them (and everyone in their
party) for the entire duration of the prize trip, and this must be both fully
comprehensive and organised pre-departure.
The prizes are as stated and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be
offered.
Entries will be judged by an independent judge. The judges decision is final, and should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entries and an alternative winner will be selected and notified.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the first chosen winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within two weeks of notification, the prize will instead be offered to a second winner, until such time as a winner has accepted the prize.
The winners’ names will be available from 28 days after the closing date from Capital & Counties, 4th Floor, Russell Chambers, The Piazza, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8AA. The prize draw is governed by English Law. The promoter is Capital & Counties Covent Garden, 40 Broadway, London SW1H 0BT.
