Beneath the swathes of Union Jack flags (402 to be exact), the street performers will be out in force offering free entertainment and the shops will be stocked with Jubilee-themed trinkets (see our Jubliee gift guide).

The culinary whizzes behind Street Kitchen will be back in Covent Garden cooking up healthy bistro-style dishes from their shiny, silver Airstream. Made entirely from British ingredients, these hearty meals will be served in takeaway boxes so you can munch and meander.
